2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 28-10-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52344 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. one year and four months. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is a student and he is not the assailant of the injured. The assailant is the co-accused Nilesh Kumar. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.33987 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 specially the period of custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 759 of 2024 Town P.S. Case No. 1014 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
