====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It has been alleged that after coming to know about presence of petitioner Ram Pravesh Singh, an absconder of Pauthu P.S. Case No.43 of 2014 present at his house, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, petitioner and his son Umesh Singh were apprehended. On search, from the possession of petitioner four life cartridges were seized. It has also been stated that as per disclosure made by the petitioner and his son, a firearm was recovered beneath a quilt. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 02.12.2014 carrying only one case by way of criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18053 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Ram Pravesh Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No.57 of 2014.
