Petitioner and some others were caught near the examination centre while they were allegedly indulged in malpractices and furthermore, it is alleged that the answers of the question paper were found uploaded in the mobile set of the petitioner and others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with
