Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 392, 395 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Santosh Paswan and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of near about six cases, there is no other material against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 19.1.2016. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Madanpur P.S.
