The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married to Mahesh Pandit, son of the petitioner, 8/9 years ago but his daughter was not able to give birth to a child. He claimed that her daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 05.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
