====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------------- 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.50 of 2016 registered under Sections 273 and 274 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of about 30 liters country made liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the licencee of the liquor shop but due to ulterior motive, he has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 10.03.2016.

No.19285 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.50 of 2016.
