Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught with stolen buffalo for which he is in jail custody since 14.10.2015.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S.
