JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2019 Having regard to the nature of dispute, the Court deem it fit and proper that the petitioner may represent S.D.O., Masaurhi alongwith relevant document and on filing of such representation, the S.D.O., Masaurhi shall re-examine the entire material and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, while passing order he shall take into the consideration fact that except this petitioner at present there is none in the family who is enjoying the privilege of PDS license.

The previous order shall not come in the way of
