Petitioner does not appear to be the aggrieved party. The legality of the notification dated 03.12.2013 issued by the State Government in the Department of Law appointing Law Officers in the High Court is under challenge on the ground that in making such appointments or engagements as Law Officers, the respondents ought to have given due representation to the persons suffering from physical disability. It is not the case of the petitioner that he is entitled to be considered under the disability quota. That apart, the notification dated 03.12.2013 has been set at not by another notification issued by the government in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.800 of 2014 (3) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 Department of Law appointing fresh panel of Law Officers. In that view of the matter, the application has also become infructuous. The writ application is dismissed. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U
