05. 18.05.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Madhepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.

Considering that active steps have been taken for ensuring production and examination of the witnesses, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
