The petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2015, registered under Sections 364(A), 363 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, co-accused Ravi Shankar Singh confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner having hand in the kidnapping of the victim, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that that similarly situated co-accused, Ravi Shankar Singh @ Rabi Shankar Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18509 of 2016 (4) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 19091 of 2016. Further submission is that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.01.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2015 Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
