2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-8, 20(b)(ii)B of N.D.P.S. Act.
3. Allegedly, co-accused Dhanan Kumar was arrested and 6.330 kg of Ganja was recovered from his possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is father of Dhanan Kumar, having clean antecedent. Nothing was recovered from his possession.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36919 of 2025(4) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession rather the alleged contraband was recovered from possession of son of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
8. The petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed by the court below till framing of charges.
9. After accepting bail bond, the learned court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if he is found involved in any case other than the present one, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
