The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No.33 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the sister of the informant, by her father-in-law due to non fulfillment of the dowry demand and to dispose of her dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2016.

No.19604 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna, in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No.33 of 2014.
