JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners and some other accused were caught by the informant while they were sitting in a Bolero jeep near the examination centre and mobile sets and other articles were recovered from their possession. The informant claims that petitioners and their associates were indulged in malpractices and of the petitioners and others.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners
