Petitioner happens to be a garage mechanic and it appears that stolen motor cycle was recovered from garage of the petitioner and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria ( Madanpur) P.S.Case No. 68 of 2014.
