The same has been placed for consideration before this Court and is, accordingly, being taken up through Video Conferencing.

Learned counsels are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this Virtual Court Proceedings with the aid of Audio Visual Technology.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr J P Kishore appearing for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to the rights of the Respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8693 of 2020(2) dt.26-11-2020 2/2 Authorities to make appointment to the vacant post of +2 Chemistry Teacher in Patna Collegiate School, Patna, petitioner's claim for posting on the said post in terms of Clause 10 of Bihar Nagar Nikay Secondary and Higher Secondary Teachers Niyojan and Service Condition Rules, 2006 be considered by the Municipal Commissioner -cum- Chief Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation as her representation is pending since 25.02.2020.

The limited nature of prayer does not merit any adjudication. The claim of the petitioner is to be considered by Respondent No 5, who has wrongly been described as Town Commissioner instead of Municipal Commissioner in the cause title.

The petitioner may approach Respondent No 5 along with a copy of this order by making a request for considering her pending representation dated 25.02.2020 within a week. Respondent No 5 would be under legal obligation to consider the petitioner's claim expeditiously. Writ petition is disposed of.
