Petitioner is accused in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 96 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307 and 302 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with 8 named accused persons and 10 to 15 unknown, and the allegation against the petitioner is to cause injury through fire arm to injured Ghanshyam Mishra, but his injury as detailed in paragraph no. 118 of the case diary is simple in nature caused by sharp cutting weapon. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No.96 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
