2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 828 of 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of abducting the daughter of the informant with an intention to solemnize her marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has been falsely implicated in this case and has

He submitted that being the sister of the main accused namely, Krishna Kumar against whom there is allegation of committing rape with the victim, implicated in this case. Moreover, petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and she is in custody since 04.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-6th-cum-Special POCSO Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 828 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
