2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad Cyber P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 419, 420, 406 of the I.P.C. and Section 66(C), 66(D) of IT Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 07.02.2025.
4. As per FIR, unknown miscreants committed cyber fraud upon innocent persons where different amount was withdrawn through different banks as mentioned in FIR itself.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34851 of 2025(6) dt.25-11-2025 2/3 petitioner submitted that petitioner was named with present crime in question during course of investigation, on the basis of confidential information without disclosing any source of such information qua involvement where nothing incriminating appears recovered during investigation as to connect petitioner with present crime in question. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as prima-facie nothing incriminating appears recovered from conscious physical possession of this petitioner, where his implication is out of suspicion received upon confidential information, coupled with fact that investigation of this case already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 07.02.2025,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34851 of 2025(6) dt.25-11-2025 3/3 accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jehanabad Cyber P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Jehanabad /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 480(3) of BNSS.
