23-07-2015 Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 482/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape with the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has been examined. During course of investigation victim did not support the prosecution case.

It appears that the trial is at the fag end.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
