JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The son of informant is said to have been taken away by the petitioner and other co-accused on 30.06.2006 but the complaint case was filed in the year 2013. The complaint case was converted into Jalalgarh P.S.case No. 23 of 2014 but even the investigating officer could not succeed to trace out the informant's son and submitted charge sheet against petitioner and other accused.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of IV the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19090 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Session trial no. 428 of 2015 arising out of Jalalgarh P.S.Case No. 23 of 2014.
