2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(A) A Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.07.2018 (Annexure-5) Passed by the Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna whereby and where under B.L.T. Case No. 581 o 2017 filed by respondent nos. 5 & 6 has been allowed and thereby case No. 21/2003-04 filed by father of the petitioner before the learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Paliganj has been dismissed.

(B) Any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case may be

3. It has been informed that it is a preemption matter and with the changed law, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition and the amount that has been deposited be allowed to be withdraw.

4. The said permission is granted and the amount that has been deposited has to be returned to the depositor.
