Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the Staterespondents. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for extension of the period of deputation at Khagaria Jail after setting aside memo no. 4877 dated 20.07.20 issued by Joint

Govt. of Bihar whereby and where under the deputation of the petitioner has been ended and the petitioner has been directed to give his joining at Bhagalpur Jail and/or issuance of appropriate consequential writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."
In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner has submitted representation on 08.05.2020 and 22.07.2020 (Annexure-4 & 5) respectively.
The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance in the light of representation and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
