The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Belhar P. S. Case No. 293 of 2015 registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure- 2 to the present application, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
