Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 400, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and the name of the petitioner was disclosed by those persons who were caught on the spot.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Sujeet Kumar Singh @ Sujeet Singh @ Aditya Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 18.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no.9418/2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
