ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No.384 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire occurrence took place on account of a petty dispute and the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the allegation that she attacked the informant with brick-stone is also not substantiated by the medical report.

Having considered the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event

No.32321 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No.384 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
