2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons, including these petitioners, made indiscriminate firing causing injury on the hand of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. The specific accusation of firing is attributed against the coaccused Munna Mahto. Similarly situated other co-accused persons, namely, Dinesh Mahto and Rudal Yadav have already been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 12.03.2024 and 17.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15316 of 2024 and 20195 of 2023 respectively. Petitioners are in custody since 19.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners and submits that petitioners have got four criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of accusation and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
