The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 32(3), 35 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the house which is in joint occupation and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on
