Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the copy of counter affidavit. He submits that his admitted dues has been shown in the counter affidavit but as per the information provided by his client, the said amount has not been received till date. In response, counsel for the State submits that the said amount he shall receive within 1 week. In this view of the matter, there is no need to keep this case pending, so this case has been disposed off. In case, this amount shall not come to the account of the petitioner within 6 weeks from today, 9 % interest shall be charged on the said account.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed off.
