This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code when the petitioner was granted bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was called on 27.05.2010. Now the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will regularly appear before the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27183 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 473(A) of 2009 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 40 of 2008. The court below learned will positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
