JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.05.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14212 of 2022, by which the petitioner has been granted regular bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody.

Considered the submissions of the parties.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for six months and the charges have been framed and also the fact that he is the sole bread earner of the family and his father is physically handicapped person, this modification application is allowed.

Accordingly, the Court below is directed to release the petitioner forthwith on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33905 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 893 of 2021.
