1. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant, namely, Ramjee Choudhary, son of Ram Unchit Choudhary, resident of P.S. Patory, District Samastipur died in the year 2021.

2. Office notes dated 21.08.2024 disclose that report from Superintend of Police, Samastipur along with Death Certificate was received which is placed on record and it confirms about the death of the appellant. The Death Certificate discloses that the appellant died on 04.05.2021.

3. With the abovesaid observations, this appeal is abated.
