Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364A, 363 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that except confessional statement of the co-accused Ravi Shankar Singh, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 01.12.2015. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused Anand Kumar Singh has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15261 of 2016.
