In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No.18 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have punctured the belly of his brother.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial as early as possible.
