The petitioner being the Incharge Headmaster of Middle School, Kusherhi is languishing in custody since 28.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner being the Incharge Headmaster of the school in league with Subhashini Kumari prepared two charge reports with material variations which suggests the financial irregularity committed between 200203 to 2012-13. No.16016 of 2015 (02) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 petitioner that the petitioner and Subhashini Kumari were granted bail till submission of the charge-sheet, but after submission of the charge-sheet provisional bail of Subhashini Kumari was confirmed, but the petitioner's provisional bail was not confirmed. Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha (Keuti O.P.)
