Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and having similar allegation co-accused Shailesh Rai has already granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 21.06.2014. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 214 of 2014.
