The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 452, 379, 354, 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting, criminal trespassing, abusing and outraging the modesty of the informant by the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that there is dispute between informant and her renter and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35127 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 has refused to interfere in this matter. Due to this, petitioner is dragged in this case with false and concocted allegations. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
