Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 By order dated 18.07.2018, Hon'ble Mr. Justice J. N. Singh, a former Judge of this Court, was appointed as an Arbitrator by my predecessor-in-office to adjudicate the dispute. The Arbitrator, so appointed, has declined to proceed with the same. In the wake of the above, learned counsel for the parties agree that a new Arbitrator be appointed in the matter. Accordingly, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ramesh Kumar Datta, a former Judge of this Court, is hereby appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Patna High Court Scheme, 1996.
