2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S Case No. 144 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354 (A), 34 of Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against petitioner and co-accused is to assault the informant by means of Lathi, Danda, Iron Rod, etc.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. It is also that there was a land dispute between the parties due to which dispute raised, wherein, injury received by Laita Devi &
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37433 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 Hira Kumari are simple in nature and no repeated blow by the petitioner upon the informant. The present case is nothing but a counter blast of Ghanshyampur P.S Case 145 of 2022. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S Case No. 144 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
