Taking into consideration that 40 kg. ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No. 40 of 2014 arising out of G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 204 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, the concerned court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
