The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 160(B) of Railway Act.

The present case relates to misuse of bail. Till 7.9.2017 pairivi was made on behalf of the petitioner in the court below. The petitioner used to reside outside the State of Bihar and work as daily wage labourer. In his absence proper pairvi could not be made. Hence, on 3.8.2018 his bail was cancelled. When the petitioner came to know regarding the same, he surrendered in the court below on 29.03.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case.

No.38195 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. (Railway), Sonepur, Saran in connection with Siwan R.P.F. case No.50 of 2011.
