1. This Court has called for the report from the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad to verify whether the appellant, Ram Kishore Prasad Sinha is alive or not?

2. It is reported by the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Ms. Anita Kumari Singh that the report from the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is received, wherein it disclose that the appellant, namely, Ram Kishore Prasad Sinha died on 1st March, 2018 and the death certificate was also enclosed along with the report. Therefore, nothing remains in this case for adjudication.
