Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.1.2015 in a case registered under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he administered some tablets and also gave injection to informant's son who died instantaneously.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Anindita Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur/concerned court in Bath P.S. Case no. 10/2013.
