The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. One Ramakant Yadav was apprehended in the house of Yugal Kishore Mahto while he was trying to commit robbery and from his possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. Submission is that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of coaccused Ramakant Yadav. The petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Srivastava, Judicial
