The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 386, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of demand of extortion money of Rs 3,00,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the matter of fact is that the informant and his cleaner went at the house of Murshid where Murshid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35160 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 demanded his dues as he has worked with him a cleaner but the informant informed Md. Bashir in place of paying his due amount and Md. Bashir fave a false information to police. It is also submitted that both parties are known to each other and good sense has been prevailed between them. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 792 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
