JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay remaining 10% of pension and gratuity. It was submitted by Sri R.K. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, that during the pendency of the present writ petition in the departmental proceeding which was pending against the petitioner, final order has been passed and punishment of forfeiture of 50% of pension has already been awarded.
