JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-07-2017 The petitioner has prayed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondents 1 to 5 for transfer of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2013 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Rajoun P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Rajoun P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015 registered under Sections 409, 406, 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code to the C.B.I. for fair investigation. Learned counsel for the State-respondent submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted after completion of the investigation of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2013 and charge-sheet is likely to be submitted in remaining two cases in near future.

Thereafter, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps according to law, if the petitioner would still remain aggrieved by the action of the respondents.
