The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20 and 22 of the N D P S Act.

From the house of the petitioner 200 gms. of ganja is said to have been recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 19.4.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, in Bagaha (Bhairoganj) PS Case No. 125 of 2015.
