The petitioner seeks bail in Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
