JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Near about 26 liters country made liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.03.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he appears to be first offender. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No. 57 of 2016.
